This collection of commemorative coins acknowledges the leading figures of the Mexican revolution.
The revolution ushered in an era of decisive political change and began with the fall of the long-standing Díaz regime.
On a total of 18 different 5 Pesos bimetallic coins, former presidents, leading revolutionaries and several folk heroes are depicted from the period of the Mexican revolution between 1910 and 1929.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of this event, the collection was completed in the year 2010.
