The Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty The Queen 2022 UK £5 BU Coin

Whilst the long-reigning Queen Elizabeth II has celebrated various impressive milestones during her reign, no royal event has inherited as much importance as that of the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations marking 70 years of the Queen’s unprecedented reign. Having spent more time on the throne than any other British monarch, Queen Elizabeth is one of the most beloved figures in Great Britain, and is adored by millions of people across the globe. 
Queen Elizabeth II’s reign remains unmatched, and to mark the once-in-a-lifetime occasion that is the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, we are extremely proud to introduce a new Brilliant Uncirculated UK £5 Coin, featuring an all-new reverse design specifically devoted to this iconic royal event. 

Depicted quite beautifully on the reverse of this coin is the inclusion of a strong graphic image including the number 70. A particularly significant feature of this side of the coin, is the inscription of the dates 1952 and 2022 highlighting the Queen’s unforgettable reign. 

Featured on the obverse of this Special Coin is John Bergdahl’s unique illustration of a portrait of Her Majesty The Queen on Horseback – this design is reminiscent of previous jubilee designs.
