Baden-Powell Commemorative - Gold

Heritage of the Scouts

Robert Baden-Powell led a distinguished career in the Army becoming a Major-General at 43. After his experimental camp in 1907, boys and girls formed Scout troops and the scouting movement inadvertently began. Baden-Powell published 32 books, helping to pay for Scouting developments and under his dedicated leadership by 1939 the number of Scouts was in excess of 3.3 million worldwide.

Produced under official Scouts license, the reverse of the commemorative is brought to life by the Baden-Powell badge design. The obverse features the iconic Scouts logo.

The Baden-Powell Commemorative is plated in 24-carat gold and produced exclusively by The Koin Club.
