This Christmas will feel very different, for one, very poignant reason.
The Queen’s Speech has been part of the Christmas tradition for millions of families across Britain and the Commonwealth for the past 64 years, when, at 3pm Her majesty the Queen would address the nation to wish them and their families a Merry Christmas.
Our First Edition Queen Speech Commemorative Box Set Edition has been exclusively released in December 2022 to serve as a treasured reminder of the Queen’s Speeches and what they meant to people of Great Britain.
Each commemorative has been luxuriously plated in .999 silver and features the official photo of three of the most important Queen Speeches of the past 64 years.
A notable part of each speech has been intricately engraved on the reverse of each commemorative making these an incredibly rare release for coin collectors royal history enthusiasts.
The three piece set features the Queen’s first ever televised Christmas address in 1957, alongside is the rare intervention from the Queen during the Pandemic of 2020 where she sort to comfort the nation with a few words of support for us all. Lastly we see the Christmas address to the nation in 2021, in what we now know, was the Queen’s last Christmas address - The end of an era for millions across Britain and the Commonwealth.
