Why do we sell on pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to secure a coin even though it is not currently in stock or before it has been officially released.
By placing a pre-order, you ensure that the coin will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
As one of the largest coin retailers in the world we carry a huge range of almost 2,000 different coins and collectibles.
This of course presents some challenges in ensuring all coins are available at all times.
So we offer items on pre-order to ensure you can secure your desired coins even if there is a short wait for them to arrive.
Over 80% of our coins and collectibles are limited edition so can often sell out, pre-order allows us to ensure our range is available online at all times for customers to purchase.
When you order a pre-order item there may be a short delay in delay in dispatching your order until the pre-order item becomes available.
Rest assured, as soon as the pre-order item becomes available we will ship your order immediately, send you an email to confirm shipment and provide you with a tracking number.
If an item is being sold on a pre-order basis we clearly state this on the product page just above the add to cart button. A pre-order item will state:
